PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY – EVEN THOUGH YOU’VE READ IT BEFORE AND THINK YOU REMEMBER EVERYTHING, IT’S A GOOD REMINDER! There are always a few hidden changes…
Concert Order: It is posted on the website in the Rehearsal Schedule page. ALL MUSIC MUST BE IN BLACK FOLDER FOR CONCERT. One example is: https://www.jwpepper.com/11107186.item#.Y_ZmYS-B1QI Cost: $19.95, others were found on Amazon but ran around $30.00.
The call times for the concerts are: Saturday evening – 1:30p.m.; Sunday afternoon- 1:30 p.m. Please be there ready to warm up at those times. Actual seating assignments and issues will be handled at Friday night rehearsal. Remember no milk products!
If you will NOT be singing at any one of the concerts, please notify (996-6521 or [email protected]). Do not remove any seats on your own. Let us do it.
The dress code is: All SVC Singers:
Men – black tux or black jacket, black pants, (black cummerbunds OK, no vests), white shirts – tuxedo shirt OK, black socks and shoes, (??? bow tie ).
Ladies – black pants or long skirts-no leggings, black tops – 3/4 or long sleeve with appropriate neckline, black stockings and black shoes, sparkly earrings (Ali will provide ??? corsages) to be pinned to the right shoulder. Flowers are to be returned to Ali after the final performance. Any other dress code questions should be directed to Ali Keyes. As always, no perfumes or strong fragrances. Many around you are allergic.
On concert days please park in the far rear parking lot to leave spaces toward the front for our guests.

VERY IMPORTANT: It is every singer’s responsibility to help fill the seats at our concerts. So you need to sell tickets, sell tickets, sell tickets! They make great gifts! Enjoy the concerts and remember to have fun!
